Term and conditions.

My work and Commissions / Deposits.

As each piece is hand finished and hand made, with each piece being unique and one of a kind. If you order a commission and use a piece of pervious work as a reference. I will try my hardest to recreate the work to the finish but as I use natural materials and work are created in batches. I can't guarantee I will be able to product the work as requested. By reading this and understanding the nature of my work. I will ask for a 50% non refundable deposit on all commissions. Safeguarding my time and effort on the commission if you, the client decides to pull out.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 12 weeks. This is due for myself checking up new EU documents and with the current Christmas rush on the postal service, delays can happen.
You will receive an email from the courier or myself when your order is on its way.
On occasion we may need to be in touch for further contact details to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly.

For international shipping please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or damaged please be in touch and we will assist in anyway we can.

Returns are only accepted if we shipped the incorrect items. This may happen as each piece is unique and I may get work mixed up in the boxing process and I will do our best to ensure you are happy with replacements or refunds.

Our pots are handmade and are more fragile than industrially manufactured work.

We recommend handwashing our pieces, not putting them in the microwave and avoiding using the pieces with food or drink that heavily stains.

Having said this, I use my own work daily and I put the work in through the dishwashing for several years without any issues. But please just take care.
